Programme aim: To leverage the consistent guidance of a line manager, supplemented by the additional input of an external coach, to provide support and structure to achieve the goals, targets, and desired behavior changes of individuals within the workplace.

Those wishing to take the next step of the career ladder, first time managers or experienced managers managing change, forming new teams, or adapting leadership style to engage with Generation Z.
Delivery
- Initial 30-minute chemistry call with the coaching client to ensure coaching and the style of program is right for them.
- 60-minute session with coaching client and their line manager to agree the personalised focus of the programme.
- Six 60-minute, weekly sessions with coaching client.
- Final 90-minute session with the coaching client and their line manager to reflect and identify support going forward and actions.
- Sessions are delivered via Teams, session notes sent confidentially to the coaching client.

Full programme £595 + VAT, payable in a monthly subscription of £297.50 + VAT.
